I'll be moving to Hong Kong within the next 6 months and I'd like to know if anyone can recommend a realtor to show me several appartments. I'll be moving from the US with my wife and a 4 yr old kid.
I'll be commuting to China quite often so I'm really looking on the Kowloon area.

what sort of a budget are you looking at? are you talking about sai kung / clearwater bay area or more kowloon tong / prince edward / sha tin (places along the kcr line) sort of areas?
pm me with your details - i know an expat who does this sort of thing.

thank you rodigan, right now I don't have a fixed budget. I'm pretty much looking around to have an idea of the rent in the HK/Kowloon area. I need easy access to China since my work is going to be around the Senzhen area but at the same time, I'm looking for a place were my wife and kid could be safe with access to international schools. Sorry I could not give you more details but at this point, I'm just trying to see the options I have on realtors.

Hi, I can do this for you as I am a licenced agent and a director of an agency. For easy access to China, Tai Po or Shatin maybe the best location as it is half way to and from the border.
