It's very difficult to find a home like this in Hong Kong, especially the estate management is very good and excellent environment to walk the dog everyday. I'm only selling it because I'm moving back to Australia, I hope that it can find a good owner who can look after it nicely. By the way, also include a car park, since car park is quite limited in this estate, you can lease it out if you don't need it. Also have gym, swimming pool, tennis court, snooker, karaoke, BBQ area and table tennis.

Oh sorry Juno..haha. ...well.....it's near Siu Hong KCRC West Rail station. Our estate has a shuttle bus that go from Siu Hong KCRC station to our estate, takes 5 minutes.
BTW, dog not for sale, I'm taking her back with me, other things...all for sale
