Just a note, since flying chair so kindly books the tables, it would be prudent for us to get there by about 7.30 so that we're not just "taking up space". Otherwise it's not fair to the restaurant that a table becomes unavailable for use for such a long duration. Or the alternative is to say we can only come AT 8 and book the tables only from 8. Any comments?

Whatever works - so long as someone is there close-ish to the booked time people can drift in whenever. I'm unlikely to make it before 8:15 very often...
