Male, non-smoker, clean and tidy. Looking for an apartment/room around Central or Sheung Wan Area, (anywhere else in HK island is fine too); budget tight, around $3000-5000 (inclusive). Thanks for your help. Please leave me a message here if u have any news.

3000-5000k, mmmm. minibudget. IMPOSSIBLE. share maybe ok., but who want to share with a non smoker, clean and tidy=boring guy without money......., better you try your luck in kowloon or NT.

thanks for the quick reply....but umm....im actually posting for my bf.
Its true that he's a non-smoker....but he's definately anything BUT boring!!!!!!!!!!!
I only wrote that because it seems that everyone posts practically the same "clean and tidy" sentences in.
PS: I see ppl posting up 4000-5000.....so....hopefully there is something that cheap around HK Island.

Welcome lallesho! Take what the fruit says with a pinch of salt. Sometimes his master pours vinegar instead of water onto his soil, making his words not so nice. What you're asking isn't impossible but you may have to hunt around a little more, that's all. Good luck with the search!

I've got a mate in Sheung Wan pays about HK$4000 for his own place. It's a bit dark and pokey though.

$5000 is difficult but not impossible. Look for older buildings in San Wan Ho and Kenny Town. Could consider Lamma Island if you don't mind Shazza.
