In terms of taking care of your teeth. How much attention do you give to your mouth. Are you worried about your teeth falling out later in life, or do you plan to be long gone before then?

agree with sabi.....if someone have a really bad breath condition, she/he must go see a specialist doctor for that, sometimes the results are also dangerous, normally its because of poor digestion.

No, you need to boil tap water here before you drink it. Mainly due to crappy plumbing more than the actual quality of the water! It can make sense to filter it as well.

Brush AND floss. Not that I worry about my teeth falling out, but I like feeling clean in my mouth.[:D][:D][:D]

I just read recently that fluride doesn't really do much. I think it decreases your chances for cavities by 5% or something, the downside is..... too much can be toxic. HK water has fluride in it, but most bottled doesn't. If you boil fluridated water, the fluride concentrates and too much can damage teeth.

apparently in australia, all states have fluoride in their water except queensland. i know there are dentists in qld who want fluoride added.
yes, fluoride was originally used as rat poison.
and bottled water is a scam.

Bottled water is a scam everywhere.. IN the US a lot of bottled water is just one city selling their water to another. No special treatment, just water they have bottled.
That aside a lot of big name companies who bottle their water do not maintain their equipment and so they can have more contaminants than good old tap water. Scary.

Anyone wishing to treat their water at home can do so economically with a high quality filtration system.
