Sorry for the absence over the weekend... the internet terminal in Cheung Chau library was occupied by pesky strangers from out of town...
I have a question. Does anyone know a good source for finding flats on Cheung Chau? Gohome.com.hk has nothing. I went over to the island a few days ago to find it apparently has only one estate agent, the window of which has no photos for its properties. (I didn't have time to sit down with the agent and go through all his files).
Is there any other website/agent with properties there?

Talk to your friends there. They will hook you up with a good agent. If you don't have friends there, don't even think of moving.

But how does that work if you don't have any friends at all?

Do you never make new friends?

I make new friends. Have been there, to visit friends and it is a lovely place. Can be a bit isolating if you don't have friends there already.

Well, I certainly wasn't thinking of checking in to Miami Villas.

Isn't it terrible that my serious thread attracts posters so rich in drivel.
I blame these fly-by-night FCC types.

It must be possible to do something with such rich drivel deposits - look at what certain pacific islands have managed to do from being founded on guano. Any entrepreneurs in the house?
