BAD property agent in Hong Kong and Malaysia

Im introducing a legendary dis-honest property agent for you here. Just beware of this man whenever u going for overseas property investment.

He is starting a new company in Malaysia right now.

There are dozens of people who have done business with Lauchlan Leishman / Berkeley Capital and are disgruntled.

And now he is being sued in Hong Kong.
Deputy High Court Judge Au-Yeung said on 3rd February 2012: “the defendant’s [Leishman’s] word is not to be trusted.
These are the words of a High Court Judge who has presided over some of Lauchlan Leishman’s matters and are now published: legalref.judiciary.gov.hk/lrs/common/ju/ju_body.jsp?DIS=80215
