Do those companies really think this helps them or are they just oblivious and dont see a need for customer service anymore?
ive received today:
1. 2 automated e-mail replies (however digi signed by someone)
2. was attached to my phone for 2 times for about 15 minutes as i had to push buttons and listen to get my way to a cust.service rep to get done what i wanted done
3. still got no reply from that supplier yesterday!
pls share your views on this.....do they just dont give a damn, or are there only rich kids in charge which are actually not really able to manage a company front to back?
