Speak to Nathan at the HK Cricket Club. He's a PT and is obviously close. There is also a Physio/PT my son has used who works out of parkview itself - she has converted her apartment into a gym. I'll get the info from the wife and PM you.

Have you checked that the Parkview gym allows PT's? Many places ban them (particualrly at peak hours like 7pm).

my apartment has a bird's eye view of the park view gym and it is never full ....

I have been told they do allow it ... but of course I will check ... if not, the PT can come to my home ... that is what I had in the states ....
